Plaza Internacional.

Plaza Internacional is a mixed-use project that envisions a shopping center and a hotel with casino near the international airport in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The design features a compact and dense program that minimizes surface parking and will offer the visitor retail areas, restaurants and an elegant hotel with magnificent views just about from all of its major public spaces. The project is part of a wider urban initiative to bring vitality to an area that has been deteriorating for years. This project was developed together with FP+BO, psc.
