The Swimming Pool Facilities were built for the Central-American and Caribbean Games of 2010 in University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. The project was designed by Fuster + Partners. Arch. Stewart managed aspects of pre-design, coordination with all consultant work, construction document verification, budget analysis, permitting, weekly construction supervision, and close-out procedures. The construction was finished in 2010. The project received the 2011 National Prize at the CAAPPR Biennale of Puerto Rico.
