Blok Hotel.

El Blok Hotel is a boutique hotel located in the south side of Vieques Island, Puerto Rico. The project was designed by Fuster + Partners. Arch. Stewart managed aspects of pre-design, coordination with all consultant work, construction document verification, budget analysis, permitting, weekly construction supervision, and close-out procedures. The construction was finished in 2013. The project has been published in important magazines like Conde Nast Traveler, Travel and Leisure, Financial Times, and it received the 2014 AIA Honor Award.
