Bahía Beach Private Residence.

This residence was designed for couple with their two children in the prestigious resort of Bahía Beach Resort home of the St. Regis Resort in Río Grande, Puerto Rico. The residence has an area of approximately 12,000 sq.ft. plus terraces, garages, and pools. The design concept is to unify the view towards the golf course and beach beyond and its interior as uninterrupted as possible. This beach house integrates passive and non-passive sustainable systems as to reduce as much as possible the energy consumption while at the same time give the owner all the luxuries of modern living. The 25 meter lap pool sits on top of a lazy river pool that secretly hides the “grotto” and game room, hiding it completely from the exterior and back of the house.
